Our historic bed and breakfast at the base of Pikes Peak consist of seven spacious, beautifully decorated guestrooms. All rooms have a king or queen-size bed, sitting area, and all rooms have a private bath, most featuring antique claw-foot tubs with a shower. Listed room rates are for two-person occupancy. Rooms with additional occupancy are $20.00 per person per night in addition to the base rate. 11.3% State and local taxes not included. Please read our policies page for cancellation policies.
Check-in is 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM.It is difficult for us to accommodate early check-ins as we need this time for shopping and preparing the B&B for your visit. Please enjoy the pleasures of Manitou if you arrive in town early. We love to personally greet each of our guests, however, if you know you will arrive late, please, be so kind as to let us know. We will have a welcome letter and keys waiting for your arrival.

Parking: Our parking is street parking on Duclo Avenue behind the Inn. Duclo is a one way street heading east. From westbound Manitou Avenue continue past the Inn to Otoe Place, the first left across from the town clock. Otoe dead ends at Duclo, turn left and we are on the left side of the street across from the school. We have ample parking on Duclo Avenue at the rear entrance. When school is not in session, both sides of the stree and the school parking lot are available. The achoo parking lot is available on Friday and Saturday nights only during the school year August - May. The front entrance has a 3 hour limit; do not bring your luggage up those 32 stairs the back entrance is much easier.
