Our Manitou Springs lodging accommodations consist of 7 spacious guestrooms, all with king or queen beds, sitting areas, a variety of views, and private baths, most featuring antique claw-foot tubs/showers.  Enjoy a relaxing stay at historic Avenue Hotel B&B, while you explore Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak, as well as local attractions right here in Manitou Springs.

Listed room rates are for two-person occupancy. Rooms with additional occupancy capacities are $15.00 per person in addition to the base rate.

Check out time is 11:00, check in time is 4:00. We can not accommodate early check ins as we need this time for shopping and preparing for your visit. Please enjoy the pleasures of Manitou if you arrive in town early.

Second Floor

$135 May 1 - October 31 $125 November 1 to April 30  Occupancy of only one room is $10 less. Check Availability Named after the nearby Cañon Avenue, this lovely suite offers a birds-eye view of Manitou Avenue. Your privacy is assured with a large private bath with claw-foot tub/shower, queen bed, and an adjoining small room with a double bed for either a third person or a separate area for when you would like to stay up late and read without disturbing your companion.

$105 May 1 - October 31 $99 November 1 to April 30 Check Availability The Pawnee Room is furnished with pieces from opposite corners of the country. Snow shoes and furniture crafted in the northeast, rugs and sand paintings from the southwest, spurs and western paintings all contribute to the Americana feel of this warm little suite. The couch pulls out to a single bed when needed. This room overlooks the library grounds to the southeast through windows wrapping two sides of the wood-finished bedroom. Leave the blinds open a bit to be greeted by the first rays of the rising sun. We have some spectacular sunrises in Colorado!

Third Floor

$115 May 1 - October 31 $115 November 1 to April 30 Check Availability Decorated in an exotic style reminiscent of Far East travel, the Osage is a perfect vacation oasis. This large room, with and an out-of-the-ordinary shower bath in a curtained niche, has a canopied king bed with a great view of the library grounds and a mountaintop view from the sitting area.

Breakfast included in the main house dining room on a one night stay, $6 per person for multi-night stays We have just finished remodeling and furnishing our upstairs Carriage House Vacation Rental. Young children are allowed in this sweet little unit with living room, bedroom, dining room/kitchen, and bathroom.
