After a peaceful night’s sleep at our Colorado inn, you will be treated to a delicious homemade breakfast served in our elegantly appointed dining room.  Juice, muffins, fresh fruit, and an entrée along with coffee from a local roaster, Colorado Coffee Merchants, is ground and served fresh daily or a variety of teas is available for your selection. Cookies are baked fresh daily also.

During breakfast, you may enjoy chatting with the other guests or begin making plans for your day exploring all of the wonderful area attractions and activities near the B&B.

Below is one of our bed and breakfast recipes for you to enjoy in your own kitchen:

                               Wake-Up Casserole

2 cups seasoned croutons

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

4 ounces fresh mushrooms , sautéed

1 pound bulk country fresh sausage, crumbled

½ cup chopped onion, sautéed

8 eggs

2 cups milk

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper

½ teaspoon dry mustard

Mix all ingredients together. Scoop into individual greased ramekins

Bake @ 350 for 35-40 minutes

Can be made the night before and baked in the morning or frozen

Serves 6-8
