For rooms accommodating more than two persons $15 per person per night will be added.
	Rate does not include state and local taxes.
	Check in is 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM unless otherwise pre-arranged.
	Payment by cash or check is preferred however we accept MC, Visa, Discover, and American Express.
	A deposit of one night's stay may be taken to hold your reservation.
	Cancellations before 14 days of arrival charged $25 processing fee, 14 days or less we must keep deposit unless we can re-rent the room.
	Children: Because of the retreat style atmosphere, antique furnishings and lack of appropriate entertainment we are unable to properly accommodate children under 10.
	There is No Smoking anywhere inside the inn candles and incents are also not permitted. Addition fees will be charged if this policy is not respected. There is a comfortable outside smoking area for those needing it.
	Pets, unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets. We love them and have a wonderful Old English Sheep Dog "Bailey" that has rare and limited common area access and does not go into guest rooms.
