Nestled in the history of Manitou Springs, Avenue Hotel B&B is a historic hotel of Colorado. This Queen Ann style Victorian inn, built in 1886,offers seven recently renovated large guest rooms all with private baths, most with claw foot tub/shower.

The three-story turning staircase in the middle of the house defines the grandeur of the entry, which boasts a parlor on either side. A delicious freshly made full breakfast is served each morning in our spacious dining room. Juice, muffins, fresh fruit, and an entree along with coffee from a local roaster, Colorado Coffee Merchants, is ground and served fresh daily or a variety of teas is available for your selection .Cookies are baked fresh daily. Secured wireless Internet, cable TV,refrigerators, and bottled water provided, as well as a computer room and guest phone. Hot tub, mountain views, and barbecue all are available on the back patio garden.A two-unit Carriage house with fully equipped kitchens is available for extended stay, for families, weddings or reunions.

Formerly Gray's Avenue Hotel. The historic Avenue Hotel was built as a boarding house; it has served as an apartment building, lodge, and private residence. In 1984 the Gray's established it as Manitou’s first Bed and Breakfast.
