There are driving directions listed below from both the Denver Airport  and the Colorado Springs Airport . Whatever your pleasure, our convenient accommodations, located approximately 5 miles from downtown Colorado Springs, make it easy for you to enjoy your stay.

From Denver International Airport - 90 miles, 1 hour 30 minutes.
  Heading out of the airport stay straight on Pena Blvd. Driving about 10 miles merge onto I-70W / via the exit on the left.  About 12.5 miles merge onto I-225 Exit 282 toward Colorado Springs. Merge onto I-25 south. Travel south about 57 miles on I-25 to exit 141. Proceed westbound on US 24 to the Manitou Avenue exit. Continue westbound on Manitou Avenue for 1.5 mile. We are on the left (south) just past the light at Pawnee Avenue. Drive past the front to the next left Otoe and turn left.  Turn left on Duclo drive 2 blocks to park behind the B&B.

From Colorado Springs Airport - 16 miles, 25 minutes.
Follow the signs to I-25 northbound to exit 141 and proceed westbound as above.

From Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins:  South on I-25 to exit 141 westbound.  proceed westbound on US24 to the Manitou Avenue exit. Continue westbound on Manitou Avenue for 1.5 miles. We are on the left (south) side just past the traffic light at Pawnee Avenue. Drive past the front  of the B&B to park behind. Drive to the next left Otoe turn left, left on Duclo drive 2 blocks and park behind us.

Parking!

We have plenty of street parking behind the B&B on Duclo Avenue and it is better for unloading. This 125-year-old historic home did not come with a parking lot. The back entrance brings you in on the second level. To get to Duclo, go past the inn one block to Otoe Place, take a left up the hill to Duclo, turn left, and we are on the left near the end. Park along the red picket fence, you will see our sign. Come in the gate to the back door, ring the bell; we will meet, greet, and get you checked-in and settled. The front entrance on Manitou Avenue has a max. 3-hour limit on-street parking and is fine for check-in, but don't bring your luggage in that way as we have a grand 32 steps to the front door.

Whether you're coming from Denver, the Denver Airport, Colorado Springs, or the Colorado Springs Airport, we are only a few minutes to 1 1/2 hours away max. We are also close to Colorado College, the Air Force Academy, and many other attractions and outdoor activities.
