The Carriage House cottage is a unique Manitou Springs vacation rental, nesled in the historic district of Manitou Springs. This two story building was in 1938 converted to living quarters and is located in the back garden portion of the ¼ acre Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast  property.You can relax and enjoy mountain views from the flower gardens patio furniture with chairs and umbrella tables provide plenty of seating in the fresh  mountain air  and BBQ is available. The patio has a hot tub and hot tub towels are provided.

Our Carriage House cottage is available as a family-style vacation rental in a cozy mountain setting in the Pikes Peak region; these more spacious  accommodations work well for families with small children, family reunions and additional privacy for extended stay or business travelers. The Carriage House has different 2 units; the Garden Level Carriage House is the lower level for families with small children  or couples traveling together, it sleeps 4 people. The Carriage House Loft, the upper unit, with private deck lends itself to couples and extended stay guests, sleeps 2 people. Each cottage has a private  entrance, one bedroom with comfy Queen Size bed, a living room and a kitchen with dining area.  The kitchens are fully equipped with major appliances, small appliances, cookware, and paper towels, salt & pepper, dishes.

The Carriage House at the  Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is just minutes away from local attractions. Our ideal location allows you to enjoy  walking  to unique shops, fine galleries, and fantastic restaurants in Manitou Springs. Colorado Springs is only 4 miles away. The  area activities include Garden of the Gods with horse back riding stables, we are one mile from the Pikes Peak Cog railway, Pikes Peak Highway, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls or Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo,  Focus on the Family, and the Air Force Academy. We can help plan activities, provide maps and directions to help make your visit pleasant and your stay memorable.
