The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is a historic Colorado property including a carriage house dating back to the turn of the 20th century that was used as the main buggy and carriage house for the Inn; today the Carriage House is a unique Manitou Springs vacation rental. In 1938 it was converted to living quarters and is located in the back garden portion of the ¼ acre Inn property; the two furnished units come with fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, each with private entrances.
The Carriage House provides additional space as a family-style vacation rental in the Pikes Peak region. Extra accommodations are available for weddings and family reunions or additional privacy for extended stay business travelers. The lower unit in the Carriage House sleeps 4, here accommodations are provided for families with small children. The second floor unit sleeps 2. Conveniently located in the historic district of downtown Manitou Springs, CO, we are nestled off the street perched on the hill and within walking distance of dining and shopping.
The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast is just minutes away from local attractions, including Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak Cog railway, Pikes Peak Highway, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls or Helen Hunt Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Focus on the Family, and the Air Force Academy.
