Our Carriage House is now available as a Vacation Rental or Relocation Cottage for affordable longer stays in our area. As a Vacation Rental it is available for short-term visits (4 night minimum) or longer stays.
This garden cottage style one bedroom apartment with queen bed, living room with daybed & trundle, kitchen, bath with claw foot tub/shower and garden views.

All Rates are subject to change without notice. Remember, housekeeping and breakfast are not included with this Cottage Vacation Rental.
Winter lease rates may be available November through March for business and relocation needs or just an escape to the mountains. All utilities & trash pick-up, phone, and cable included in monthly and/or weekly lease rates. No taxes on stays of 30 days or more. Please call if we can be of help with your relocation or business travel needs.
Deposit & Policy Information for the Cottage
- Additional Charges apply for greater than double occupancy.
- A lodging deposit of 50% is required at time of booking in order to hold the reservation. Balance is due at check in for stays of 1 week or less 30 days prior to arrival for stays of more than a week.
- A confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit.
- A $25 fee will be charged on all cancellations. A refund will be given only if the cottage is re-booked with less than a 30-day cancellation notice.
- The cottage requires a $100 security deposit upon check-in, for a weekly stay, which will be refunded upon inspection if there's no damage or loss. Leave the
Carriage House clean and return key by 11am the day of check out.
- The Carriage House is Non-Smoking!
- Pets may be considered with an additional deposit and agreement.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 to 6:00 pm, and the key can be picked up at the main house Avenue Hotel B&B
- Check-out time is 11am.
