The garden level Carriage House is a perfect combination of amenities and attention from the main house but a private setting perfect for the busy families with sights to see or an extended business traveler with a full agenda. The garden level Carriage House  can sleep 4 people, with a Queen bed in the bedroom and a trundle bed in the living room with two twin beds. The Carriage House is perfect  for families with younger children. Breakfast is included.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and all small appliances. The kitchen nook looks into the back garden and a view of Red mountain. Grandeur is added by the antique leaded glass china cabinet. The cozy living room offers  windows out to the garden and the historic library lawn. The original hardwood floors and the electric fireplace tucked into the entertainment center add warmth and ambiance for your enjoyment. A twin trundle bed neatly arranged in the living room provides extra seating as well as a comfortable sleeping arrangements . The master bedroom is decorated in simple yet elegant fashion, a queen-size bed warmed with a tone-on-tone sage striped spread, bedside tables with reading lamps, and a window looking over the historic library lawn. The bathroom is bright and cheerful with a pedestal sink, a shower, and a claw-foot tub to soak in and enjoy. The old steamer trunk lends a large area for personal bath items or hot tub towels.
