The 66th U.S. Women’s Open golf championship will be contested on the East Course of the Broadmoor Hotel, in Colorado Springs, July 4th – 10th. The Broodmoor’s legendary East Course will host 156 of the best female golfers as they compete for the most prestigious and coveted title in women;’s golf. The East Course is the longest course in U.S. Women’s history 7,047 yards. Amongst the field are 2010 Open Champion Paula Creamer, Natalie Gulbis, Juli Inkstr, and Cristie Ker. The Championship will be the seventh USGA championship staged at the Broadmoor. The event expects to draw more than 125,000 spectators, 500 world-wide media and more than 3, 000 volunteers. Tickets are still available however some of the discount packages are sold out.
