2011 Events Calendar
There's always something going on in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs, Woodland Park, and the Pikes Peak Region. Here are some select highlighted events coming up over the next few months:
June 4: 9th Annual Colorado Wine Festival, in Manitou Springs at Memorial Park 11:00 - 6:00 .
July 4: Fireworks Display
July 9 - 11 2011 US Women's Open,will be held at the Broadmoor Hotel's East Golf Course
July 12 Good Ole Summertime Ice Cream Social & Pie Baking . Join in for an old-fashioned ice cream social and pie baking contest by local professional and amatuer pastry chefs. Enjoy a slice of pie with ice cream, the music of Little London Winds and a summer evening in the park. Soda Springs Park, Manitou Springs. 6:00 PM Gwenn will be entering a pie as always.
July 12 "Little London Winds" concert following pie contest. 7:00 PM
July 16 "Library Lawn Concert" Michael Reese 6 -7:30 Manitou Springs Library Lawn. Enjoy front row seating on our front porch. Wine and cheese.

July 20 "Library Lawn Concert" The Mitguards. Manitou Springs Library Lawn. Our front porch over looks the lawn and we have tables and chairs on the porch for wine and cheese.
July 22 "Fountain Creek Brass Band", Soda Springs Park ,Manitou Springs 7:00 PM
July26 "LIttle London Winds" concert , Soda Springs Park, Manitou Springs, 7:00 PM
July 27 "Library Lawn Concert", tenderfoot Bluegrass, Manitou Springs Library Lawn. Our guest have the best seats you can find right here on our front porch. Wine and cheese.
July 29 "Planet Polka", Soda Springs Park, Manitou Springs, 7:00PM
August 2 " Little London Winds" concert Soda Springs Park, Manitou Springs, 7:00 PM
August 3 "Library Lawn Concert " Mango Fan Django, Manitou Springs Library Lawn. Our guest will listen to this fun group and enjoy wine and cheese on the front porch.

TBA: First Nations Day - Learn about the traditional and modern lives of American Indians through dance, story telling, food and art. Enjoy traditional foods like Fry bread and Indian tacos. Celebrate the rich and diverse lives of America's indigenous nations. Free admission.
October 30: Emma Crawford Coffin Race, Parade and Wake - As featured on the Travel Channel, the world famous Manitou Springs event features a fun-filled weekend of pomp and circumstance, Coffins, Emma's, Costumes & Coffin Racing.
TBA: Glen Eyrie Castle Christmas Madrigal Banquet - A true Colorado Springs tradition!
