The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast, a Manitou Springs, Colorado bed and breakfast, has been part of the historic downtown since 1886 and is Manitous' first bed and breakfast .The downtown location of our boutique bed and breakfast hotel  allows for an easy walk to a variety of unique shops, galleries featuring local artists, and fantastic resaurants. While maintaining historic charm with turn of the century architecture and peacful mountain views we provide updated amenities. Beautiful spacious rooms restored and designed with the guest needs in mind  and each room has a private bath.

Breakfast is included. We offer three breakfast options. A full  homemade breakfast served at 9:00 AM. Then for guests with early morning plans a Continental Breakfast is set and ready at 6:30 AM or we have a Grab n Go bagged breakfast  for guests that would like to take something on the run . Just let us know your option, we will have it ready for you!

Our location near Colorado Springs is ideal because we are centrally located to many different area attractions in the Pikes Peak region. The beauty of the inn lends itself to vacation travelers, romantic getaways, honeymoons, anniversary celebrations, girls' weekends, family reunions, group retreats,  or birthday parties.

Because of the retreat-type atmosphere for adults, children under 12 are accommodated only in our Lower Carriage House.

The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast offers lodging in spacious, beautifully appointed guestrooms, all with private baths. Unique updated decor and family heirlooms add charm and distinction to the inn. Rooms have king and queen beds, sitting areas, and a variety of views. Two large parlors invite you to relax either in front of the fireplace or while you enjoy the bay window with mountain views.

Part of our historic property is a 2-unit Carriage House with fully-equipped kitchens that offer additional space and privacy for family vacations or extended stays. Both units are one bedroom with queen beds. The Upper Carriage House opens to a living room with a black iron gas stove fireplace. This unit has a bath with claw-foot tub/shower, and the kitchen dining area has mountain views. The Garden-level Carriage House sleeps 4. A trundle bed is neatly arranged in the living room, which provides extra seating as well as comfortable sleeping. The kitchen dining area looks out on the flower garden. The large, bright bath features a claw-foot tub/shower.
