The award-winning Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast has been part of historic Manitou Springs' downtown since 1886, just 4 miles west of Colorado Springs. The location of our beautiful boutique bed and breakfast makes for an easy walk to the variety of unique shops, the fantastic restaurants and the great art galleries that Manitou Springs has to offer. While maintaining historic charm, turn of the century architecture with peaceful mountain views we provide updated premium amenities to our guests. Our beautiful spacious rooms are restored luxury and designed with the guest needs in mind; each room has a private bath.
Breakfast, our favorite meal of the day, is included. We offer three breakfast options. A full gourmet breakfast served at 9:00 AM. For guests with early morning plans a Continental Breakfast will be set and ready at a time that fits your schedule or we have a Grab n Go bagged breakfast if you would like to take something on the run. Just let us know your option the night before and we will have it ready for you!
Because of our retreat-type atmosphere the main house is reserved for adults. Children under 12 are accommodated only in our Lower Carriage House.
The Avenue Hotel Bed and Breakfast offers lodging with spacious, beautifully appointed guestrooms, all with private baths. Unique updated decor and family heirlooms add charm and distinction to the inn. Rooms have king and queen beds, sitting areas, and a variety of views.
Part of our historic property is a 2-unit Carriage House with fully-equipped kitchens that offer additional space and privacy for family vacations or extended stays. Both units are one bedroom with queen beds.

Enjoy the many area attractions in Manitou Springs, such as Pikes Peak and the Cog Railroad, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and Cave of the Winds.
